Returns and Refunds

Introduction
 

“Mantis Prints Pty. Ltd “ is committed to your satisfaction. If you have purchased digital/hard goods from  Mantis Prints Pty. Ltd and are unhappy with the product received, you may be eligible for a refund/partial refund if requested within 30 days of the original purchase date or delivery thereupon.

 

We will always act within the law as prescribed by the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act  (ECT) and the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) to safeguard your rights as a consumer.

 

Refunds of Purchases:
To be eligible for return and refund, the following steps must be taken:

 

  1. Refund must be requested in writing by contacting info@mantisprints.co.za
  2. Request of refund must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date or upon delivery thereof
  3. Hard goods must be returned to Mantis Prints Pty. Ltd immediately, according to the instructions you will receive once contacting info@mantisprints.co.za as directed in step 1.
  4. The item(s) must be unused and returned in the original packaging, in like-new, or re-sellable condition, as determined in Mantis Prints Pty. Ltd sole, reasonable discretion.

The following items are non-returnable as stated at the time of purchase on www.mantisprints.co.za

  • Accessories
